This BNB is amazing Emanuel and Theresa are so wonderful and welcoming helped us so much. Loved staying here so peaceful and the birds chirping a plus. We use a scooter so much fun every thing in walking distance or use the scooter is a big plus

The rooms were quaint and perfect for a couple to stay at. it was great to make our own coffee tea in morning before we started our day. very clean. easy to locate. close to anything you want to do. the host was amazing from day 1 with helpful restaurants which were amazing and a map to get you started on a great vacation.

Emanuele (the host) was super nice and helpful. Apartment is well situated in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish steps and Piazza del popolo, equipped with all amenities needed. Apartment is in a picturesque complex very quite and "Roman" in the famous artistic street of via Margutta.

A garden in the middle of a bustling city. My hosts were most welcoming and took such good care of me. The place is very clean, smells new. Great attention to detail like the sheets, toiletries, espresso machine etc. Cant wait to be back in Rome!

The apartment is located in a perfect location. A very central location in a quiet and magical street. The room is big, very clean and cozy. Emanuel gave us excellent treatment, devoted time to explanations and was simply charming. It is highly recommended! We will definitely be back

very quiet , close to everything but in a beautiful garden setting . Everything was provided by the owner . everyday Emmanuel came and cleaned and refilled supplies . Emmanuel was an incredible host even arranged a taxi from the airport . he recommended places to see and eat and helped us with taxis . this was our favourite place that we stayed on vacation

The location is fabulous and the suite is small but charming. The air conditioning worked fine despite the heat wave and it was lovely to open the windows to the garden for cool morning air. The host was extremely helpful in orienting us to the neighborhood.

This hotel is in a fabulous location - close to the train station and Spanish steps. The owner was super kind and extremely helpful. It was very clean and large and very well decorated. We would highly recommend it.

Emanuele and Teresa were so friendly and helpful that we will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. When we got there, Emanuele gave information about the places to see. Location was great. It was very close to the Spagna metro and bus 119 where you can tour the old city. The garden was so beautiful that we were filled with happiness every time we passed. It was also great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning. Our room was cleaned every day. Our breakfast products (croissant, cake, juice, coffee) and water were renewed every day. Most importantly, we were very happy to meet such beautiful people. Our hearts remain with you, Margutta's Garden!

The pickup at the airport, part of the package, was a fantastic start to a marvellous break in Rome. Emanuele was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived at Margutta's garden; he was waiting for us at the door to help with our cases. The little apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need. And the location - superb! So close to everything but so quiet and secluded. We just loved it!

The location is perfect. There is easy access to Rome's major attractions; excellent restaurants are close by - particularly Babette and the vegetarian one. The place is set in a mini-paradise - located in a tranquil garden context behind two classic, heavy, Italian wooden doors on a very quiet, small street and has a reliable door-keeper. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, warm and cleaned to perfection daily. The shower is excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. Emanuele, the proprietor, is charming and extraordinarily helpful; his co-proprietor mother lives next door in case of emergencies and is a very pleasant woman. Coffee, croissants, jam and fruit juice are plentifully supplied for breakfast; in the health emergency, no fresh food can be supplied but there is a refrigerator if you buy your own. It is difficult to believe that there is anywhere to equal this.

Beautiful Apartment. Emanuele is a great host. Perfect location to explore Rome. Close to several sights and to the Metro, but lovely located in a backyard without any noises from the streets. You can hear the Metro from beneath, but we didn't find it disturbing.

Emanuele was a great host. The place is in a magical garden. Very rare find. Room was very spacious very clean with all comforts. Location is excellent as it is near all major touristic attractions. Will definitely stay again here.
